Thank you for taking a chance to inquire about letting us manage your property. Here at Sunshine Rental Properties, we aim to please and are willing to go above and beyond to do so.

Let us take the weight off your shoulders by giving you a brief look into what we can do for you.

Our services include:

  • Prepping your home for the rental market
    This includes scheduling for lawn maintenance while the home is vacant, scheduling a cleaning for the home if it has not been done so already and making sure all carpets have been cleaned.
  • Advertising your home for rent
    We will list your home not only on our website, but also on the major websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and Craigslist.
  • Accept applications
    Anytime an application is submitted to us for your home, we will conduct an extensive background and prior rental history check on the potential tenants.
  • Rent the home
    Once we have found the perfect tenant for your home, we will collect all monies due for move in.
  • Collect rent each month
    Each month we will collect rent on your behalf and deposit into your account.
  • Report and document all repairs
    Each home may need repairs. We will service the home for you and your tenants in order to maintain the integrity of the home.
  • Check on your home
    Once a month we do a routine check on all our homes. This is to make sure the tenants are following all procedures and maintaining the premises as agreed. These inspections are done inside and outside of the home.

We will take care of your home as if it is our own and this we can promise.
